Online Returns/Exchanges Policy
At Anetpc, our goal is your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Please carefully review our online returns/exchanges policy:
Condition
Items must be in the original unused and unworn condition, with tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, with tags removed, or having a scent of perfume or makeup are not eligible for return/exchange.
Return Portal
All merchandise returns or exchanges must go through the Return Portal. Orders mailed back without entering the Return Portal may not guarantee a return or refund.
Swimwear
Swimwear with tampered or missing liners will not be accepted for return.
Return Shipping
Anetpc covers online return shipping costs for in-store credit only in the continental US. Return shipping costs for orders outside the continental United States are the responsibility of the customer.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact Anetpc Customer Service for assistance.
Processing Time
Most returns are processed within 7-10 business days from receiving them at our Salt Lake Distribution Center.
Final Sale Items
All merchandise on the Sale page is final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
In-Store Returns
If an online order is returned to an in-store location, please have the confirmation email and the original method of payment present.
Non-refundable Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Right to Deny Returns/Exchanges
Anetpc reserves the right to deny any returns or exchanges.
In-Store Return/Exchanges Policy
For merchandise purchased in-store, here are the details of our return/exchanges policy:
Timeframe
Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchasing date.
Condition
Items must be in the original unused, unwashed, and “like new” condition with tags still attached.
Swimwear
Swimwear with tampered or missing liners will not be accepted for return.
Original Receipts
To return or exchange, you’ll need the original method of payment and the two original receipts.
Cash Refund
If a cash refund of $200 or more is due, a check will be processed and mailed from our Salt Lake office.
Clearance Items
All clearance items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Right to Deny Returns/Exchanges
Anetpc reserves the right to deny any returns or exchanges.
Gift Cards
Gift cards, in-store credit cards, and E-Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
Price Adjustment Policy
Anetpc honors a one-time price adjustment within 14 days of the original purchase. Online price adjustments can only be made by contacting Anetpc Customer Service during operating hours.
Pricing and Other Listing Errors
In the rare event of pricing or other listing errors, we may need to cancel your order and will notify you by email with the reason for cancellation. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Anetpc Credit Card Changes
Please be aware that, as of the latest update, Anetpc will no longer accept American Express Credit Card payments.

In the unfortunate event of listing errors, which can include incorrect details such as price, images, description, quantity, or inclusions, we reserve the right to cancel orders. If your order is canceled due to a listing error, you will be notified via email, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
